This web app is provided by PlayPan Pte. Ltd. as part of the event experience at GlassDome – Designed for Impact.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and protected when you participate in this AI portrait experience.

1. Information We Collect

When you use this experience, we may collect:

• Your name;
• The photograph you take or upload;
• AI-generated portraits created from your photograph;
• The portrait version you choose to submit;
• Your Portrait ID and internal session information;
• Your consent record;
• Your portrait review and display status; and
• Limited technical information required for security and troubleshooting, such as browser type, device type, IP address, access time and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

PlayPan may use your information to:

• Create and operate your AI portrait session;
• Generate your AI portrait;
• Allow you to review and select generated portraits;
• Submit your selected portrait for event review;
• Display approved portraits on event screens;
• Allow you to view or download generated portraits;
• Provide technical assistance and investigate errors;
• Maintain the security and operation of the experience; and
• Prepare aggregated or anonymised event reports.

We will not use personal data collected through this experience for unrelated advertising or marketing without separate consent.

3. Who May Access Your Information

Your information may be accessible where reasonably necessary by:

• Authorised PlayPan Pte. Ltd. personnel;
• Authorised event personnel;
• Cloudflare;
• Railway;
• Google services used for event storage or workflows;
• AI service providers used to generate portraits; and
• Other service providers engaged to operate or support the experience.

4. Overseas Processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside Singapore.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, PlayPan will take reasonable steps to ensure the information receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

5. How We Protect Your Information

PlayPan will take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data in its possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or disposal.

6. Retention

Personal data collected specifically for this event experience will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the conclusion of the event, unless longer retention is required for legal, regulatory, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
